— HOW IT WORKS
Dielectric fluid circulates in a closed loop entirely within the unit — from the immersion tank, through the pump, through the CIG BluSolutions fin-tube coil heat exchanger, and back. No external water connection.
STEP 01
IT equipment fully immersed. Server fans removed. Fluid contacts every heat-generating surface directly.
STEP 02
Dielectric fluid absorbs heat at point of generation. Thermal conductivity far superior to air.
STEP 03
Pump moves warm fluid through the CIG copper-tube / aluminium-fin heat exchanger.
STEP 04
Integrated fan draws ambient air across the coil. Cooled fluid returns to the tank — closed loop.

COMMON SPECIFICATIONS
— THE IMMERSION ADVANTAGE
Eliminates CRAC, raised floor, and hot/cold aisle. PUE drops from 1.85 industry average to as low as 1.08.
Server fans removed before deployment. Near-silent operation. Office-adjacent & edge deployments possible.
Removes the air-cooling density ceiling. GPU clusters, AI/HPC, HFT — no hot spot risk.
Fluid shields hardware from dust, humidity, corrosion. Reduced thermal cycling improves MTBF.
No raised floor, no precision CRAC, no aisle containment. Cuts upfront civil & M&E cost significantly.
Self-contained units deploy independently. Scale by adding units — no central plant expansion.
