CIG BLUSOLUTIONS · ENGINEERED FOR AI DENSITY

Total Immersion.
PUE 1.08 achievable.

A family of self-contained dielectric fluid immersion cooling systems engineered for data center deployments. Servers fully submerged. Heat absorbed at the source. No external chiller, no facility water loop.

— HOW IT WORKS

A fully self-contained,
air-cooled immersion loop.

Dielectric fluid circulates in a closed loop entirely within the unit — from the immersion tank, through the pump, through the CIG BluSolutions fin-tube coil heat exchanger, and back. No external water connection.

STEP 01

Submerge

IT equipment fully immersed. Server fans removed. Fluid contacts every heat-generating surface directly.

FLUID TEMP≤ 65°C

STEP 02

Absorb

Dielectric fluid absorbs heat at point of generation. Thermal conductivity far superior to air.

MODEDirect contact

STEP 03

Circulate

Pump moves warm fluid through the CIG copper-tube / aluminium-fin heat exchanger.

FLOWContinuous

STEP 04

Reject

Integrated fan draws ambient air across the coil. Cooled fluid returns to the tank — closed loop.

AMBIENT≤ 40°C

— THE IMMERSION ADVANTAGE

Six structural wins over air.

1

PUE 1.08 — ~80% less energy

Eliminates CRAC, raised floor, and hot/cold aisle. PUE drops from 1.85 industry average to as low as 1.08.

2

Zero fan noise

Server fans removed before deployment. Near-silent operation. Office-adjacent & edge deployments possible.

3

Up to 140 kW/rack — no hot spots

Removes the air-cooling density ceiling. GPU clusters, AI/HPC, HFT — no hot spot risk.

4

Hardware life extension

Fluid shields hardware from dust, humidity, corrosion. Reduced thermal cycling improves MTBF.

5

Lower construction cost

No raised floor, no precision CRAC, no aisle containment. Cuts upfront civil & M&E cost significantly.

6

Rapid deployment

Self-contained units deploy independently. Scale by adding units — no central plant expansion.
